We are on a mission to establish a network of peer support, to promote education and to raise awareness for young adults diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.
Tristan Williams is 25 years old, and he is a young entrepreneur. At the age of 21 Tristan started his own non-profit organization called The Tristan WilliaMS Foundation to provide support, educational resources and to raise awareness for young adults living with Multiple Sclerosis.
"I just want to say thank you. Road to You started right around the time that I received my diagnosis. Having to cope with the news, learn more about MS by myself with my family across the Atlantic, was challenging to say the least. You and Jennifer didn’t just provide a room for a meeting, you provided ecucation, compassion & friendship. Thank you."
Improve the quality of life for young adults living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) through the integration of both educational and supportive resources to empower them and help to improve self-efficacy in disease management.
